REGULATIONS AND CONDUCT

The Hotel has internal regulations that must be complied with by all guests staying at the establishment. These regulations are available for consultation at any time.

Hotel dress code

When walking around the hotel, depending on the season, you should cover your upper body.
Access to restaurants varies depending on the season. Guests must wear long trousers or Bermuda shorts, a shirt, jacket, and/or pullover shirt. Please do not enter in swimwear or with your torso exposed.

NO SMOKING

Under Law 42/2011, of 30 December, on health measures against smoking, SMOKING IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT.
The use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and any other smoking devices is not permitted indoors.

We will charge €150 if we detect the smell of tobacco.

Taking care of water is everyone's responsibility! We invite you to join us in protecting this valuable resource with these simple actions:

Shower instead of bath, and even better if it's a quick one!
Turn off the tap while you wash. Every drop counts when it comes to protecting our rivers and aquifers.
The toilet has a dual flush system; use whichever one you need. It's an easy way to reduce consumption.
Remember: the toilet is not a rubbish bin. Disposing of waste here pollutes the water and can affect ecosystems, as well as hindering its treatment and reuse.

Your cooperation is key to maintaining an adequate clean water cycle. Thank you for helping to protect our water resources!

We offer our express breakfast, consisting of coffee and pastries, at reception. Please confirm your booking the day before at reception.
